    Rude staff. I went with my certified pet companion in a safe backpack where the cat is locked and cannot go out. The shop does not say pets are not allowed inside, as you can see in the picture. When I asked why should I leave if the pet was inside a secured backpack with no possibility of going out and that was a certified companion, they just said it's a fruit establishment and I needed to leave immediately. Absolutely nonsense and rudeness

    Usually it a good place to shop if I don't want to go far. But food is a bit expensive. Sometimes it does not have everything. However last Friday, I had shocking customer service from the woman on the til. I was at the self check out and needed help. Waited for a while, the cashier shouted at me in front everyone MOVE YOUR TROLLEY. Then continued to shout again I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU. I was so shocked, I said I beg your pardon. She should be reprimanded for aggression towards customers.It is no wonder I opt for the self check out if I have to deal a rudeness like that.

    Shop here regularly as a resident of Peckham, waited a while on the self- check out for assistance, no staff to be seen. Was then rejected trying to purchase Pain Killers from a rude manager. Showed three valid Photo ID- I am . Was spoken to rudely and the manager simply ignored me after rejecting my valid ID's took the pain killers away from the self service till and walked off not saying a word.Over priced stock and low standard of customer service.
